All carpet has been removed from the sanctuary. All the pews that are leaving the sanctuary have been carefully disassembled and stored. The lower platform has been built. The floor has been sanded and prepared. The floor under where the pews will be is getting fresh coats of varnish. The new carpet has been chosen, ordered, and will be installed next week. We are getting closer to decisions about audio upgrades and video equipment. Things are moving along nicely!

After nearly 4 weeks of work, the sanctuary should be ready for our use for worship on Sunday, August 11th. It will not be completely finished, but the floor work should be done. There is a group planning something special for that Sunday, so you don’t want to miss out!
